Cel\u00e9 o\u0161et\u0159en\u00ed se prov\u00e1d\u00ed s aplikac\u00ed lok\u00e1ln\u00ed anestezie = znecitliv\u011bn\u00ed a s nasazen\u00fdm kofferdamem (modr\u00e1 latexov\u00e1 bl\u00e1na) zamezuj\u00edc\u00ed p\u0159\u00edstup vlhkosti. V na\u0161\u00ed ordinaci je prvn\u00ed volbou estetick\u00e1 fotokompozitn\u00ed (b\u00edl\u00e1) v\u00fdpl\u0148. Pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1me materi\u00e1ly s v\u00fdborn\u00fdmi mechanick\u00fdmi vlastnostmi, kter\u00e9 modelujeme do p\u016fvodn\u00edho anatomick\u00e9ho tvaru tak, aby byly o\u0161et\u0159en\u00e9 zuby k nerozezn\u00e1n\u00ed od t\u011bch zdrav\u00fdch.<\/p>\n

Projev\u00ed se to z\u00e1n\u011btem zubn\u00ed d\u0159en\u011b nebo chronick\u00fdm z\u00e1n\u011btem (v\u00e1\u010dkem) kolem ko\u0159ene zubu. C\u00edlem o\u0161et\u0159en\u00ed je d\u016fkladn\u00e9 pro\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed infikovan\u00e9ho ko\u0159enov\u00e9ho syst\u00e9mu, v\u00fdplach dezinfek\u010dn\u00edmi roztoky a zapln\u011bn\u00ed vhodn\u00fdmi materi\u00e1ly.<\/p>\n

Na takto o\u0161et\u0159en\u00fd zub je \u010dasto indikov\u00e1na protetick\u00e1 pr\u00e1ce v rozsahu korunky \u010di polokorunky, kter\u00e1 umo\u017e\u0148uje rovnom\u011brn\u00fd p\u0159enos \u017ev\u00fdkac\u00edho tlaku. Pokud se naopak infekce nel\u00e9\u010d\u00ed, m\u016f\u017ee doj\u00edt a\u017e ke ztr\u00e1t\u011b zubu.<\/p>\n

V p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b, kdy u\u017e nelze k o\u0161et\u0159en\u00ed pou\u017e\u00edt v\u00fdpln\u011b, mus\u00edme chyb\u011bj\u00edc\u00ed \u010d\u00e1st nahradit laboratorn\u011b zhotovenou n\u00e1hradou. Nej\u010dast\u011bji se jedn\u00e1 o korunky, overlaye (polokorunky), m\u016fstky nebo fasety.<\/span><\/p>\n
